I once suffered from IBS. If you have IBS you know how frightening it can be when you are out of your home or on vacation when an attack occurs! I am a woman in my mid 40’s with menopause symptoms. When I spoke with my doctor I was told we just don’t know what to do for woman your age – you are not in menopause yet, just stick it out. Zuccini
Olive oil,onions, Fresh garlic and Seasonings(simply organic) cut up zuccini, red and green peppers add more seasoings. tomatoe paste
pan Oliveoil, garlic and Seasonings(simply organic) add in zuccini and peppers. In about 30 minutes add tomatoe paste and your done!!! -H Keyser

Meat Balls
Mix into a large bowl.
2lbs ground chuck
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups grated cheese
2 cups itialian bread crumbs
Parsly
1/2 cup water
2 cloves of garlic crushed.
Mix and roll into 2" balls.
Brown on stove.
Place into sauce and cook for 1 hour.
Enjoy -Meatballs
