Ziziphus spinosa (seed) extract
Albiziajulibrissin (bark) extract

Other ingredients: Rice starch

Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, for calming: 1 to 3 tablets two times daily; for sleep: 2 to 6 tablets before sleep, or as directed as a healthcare practitioner.
